Tacky Speaker Surround Dampener and Adhesive Professional-Grade vinyl acetate-based tacky surround dampener and adhesive specially formulated for attaching and dampening cloth speaker surrounds. Commonly used on older Altec and JBL speakers among many others. Product is also extremely resistant to water. Goes on white/tan; but dries clear and shiny, and REMAINS TACKY.
