COLORS: mix of red, yellow, blue, royal blue and shimmer white TIP: Sparkling sugar is coarse with a crystal similar to raw turbinado sugar. It's larger than sanding sugar and is often sprinkled on top of sugar cookies, muffins and sweet breads before baking to give a sparkly detail and crunch.
