Pancake & Waffle Mix
Make the best buttermilk waffles and fluffy pancakes with our original recipe... And you'd never know they're gluten-free! Handmade in a gluten-free facility that uses tree nuts. Waffle and Pancake recipe cards are provided. Waffles Ingredients: 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter, 2 cups buttermilk, and 2 eggs Instructions: Whisk eggs, butter, and buttermilk. Add 2 cups of Waffle and Pancake Mix. Stir just until mixed. Scoop 1/2 cup or desired amount of batter onto preheated and greased waffle iron. Close lid and cook for a few minutes until golden brown, or follow your waffle iron's instructions. Makes about 8 large waffles. Each bag has 22 oz of dry mix, enough to make 2 recipe batches. Pancakes Ingredients: 2TB Oil, 2/3 cup Milk, and 1 Egg Instructions: Whisk oil, milk, and egg. Add 1 cup of Waffle and Pancake Mix. Stir just until mixed. Pour 1/3 cup or desired amount of batter onto preheated and greased pan. Cook for a few minutes until bubbles form accross pancake top. Flip and cook
