Hexagon shaped tray is made from beautiful strips of exotic woods and then finished with Butcher Block oil for a food safe finish. Available in 2 sizes - the 12.5 inch tray is large enough to use as a base for your dining room table centerpiece, as a trivet or large casserole dishes, many possibilities. The small 4 inch tray is a little larger than a typical drink coaster, however, also could be used as a small jar candle pedestal or to put under a small plant or vase.Tray is made of multiple pieces - 1/4 inch base, 1/8 inch frame and then 15 pieces of hardwood strips are assembled on top of the base/recessed in the frame. The border can be left natural or finished with a dark espresso, please select your choice of size and finish. The border is cut from 3mm birch and the base is 1/4 inch birch.
