Tom Bulleit fulfilled a lifelong mission to revive an old family bourbon recipe by starting the Bulleit Distilling Company in 1987. Inspired by the legend of his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit, who made whiskey in the 1830s before mysteriously disappearing, Tom and his whiskeys have forged a name within the industry. Made from the finest ingredients and aged until ready, Bulleit’s distinctively bold, spicy characteristics and smooth finish have won multiple international spirits competitions. High rye concentration and limestone filtration along with highly charred barrels give this whisky a clear golden amber color and aromas of rich toffee, roasted grain, spice and smoky oak notes.
