The following Skills Testing dates and times are available at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Warren Campus - 185 Roseberry Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 in the Farley Building, Classrooms A and B In-Person Skills Testing - $30 (Non-Refundable) – You may cancel and reschedule a class one time within 60 days from initial registration.
