One-Half Beef - Deposit

$750 deposit towards one-half beef.  Your final price is calculated at 7.00 per pound of the hanging weight of the steer.  Processing, butcher and kill fees all included in the pricing.  Our average beef hangs around 775 pounds and therefore a half bulk order is around $2,700.  When your steer is close to processing, we will call you to go over our custom cut sheet and walk you through any questions you may have during the process.  Please contact us for a more accurate time frame of when your beef will be ready, as the wait list fluctuates.  *There is a wait list.
