This ESF051 Passage Cable Support for Round Newel Post will attach our 5mm stainless steel cable to the side of a round newel post. The cable goes all the way through this holder.  Designed to meet and hold our 5mm cable Ideal for installation on 1-5/8" round newel post Made of AISI 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Ideal for both interior and exterior use 7/8" diameter - 1-3/16" Height - Hole: 5.5mm 1 Hexagonal socket set screw Satin/Brushed finish Installation:  Mark hole position. Drill a 11/64" diameter hole. Tap hole with a M5 tap. Attach holder base to surface. Tighten hex head set screw to secure support. Insert wire rope into cable support.
