Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil - GS
This is truly a unique certified extra virgin olive oil that is impossible to find in stores. It is mono-varietal, made from the Koroneiki olive, is a small green olive that is bitter when eaten whole but produces some of the highest quality/healthiest olive oil. All of the olives originate from our family estate in southwestern Greece. They are hand-picked and processed within four hours in order to preserve the inherent aroma, flavor and freshness of the olives. The result is a complex and flavorful olive oil with fruity undertones, minimal pungency and slight bitterness. Our delicate is a light and buttery olive oil that is very versatile. It has been tested safe to use in cooking up to 450 degrees to add wonderful flavor to your favorite meals.
