Petimezi, Concentrated Grape Syrup is an excellent and traditional Greek product going back thousands of years. Grape Syrup is reduced from the juice of pressed grapes using time-honored traditions. Reminiscent of molasses this slightly sweet, slightly bitter syrup with hints of smokey caramel is excellent for yogurt, pancakes, sweet dumplings, and as a secret ingredient for baking cakes, cookies and biscuits.
