This is amazing, have with mustard and cured meats, slice on roast beef sandwiches, shred and melt in mashed potatoes. Or just cube and enjoy with a cold beer. Nice mild horseradish added, to Havarti also with a hint of mustard seeds to add even more flavor. Made at Rothkase in Monroe Wisconsin. Where the famous Cheese Days event is held.
