Pistachio Rolls

This is an addicting cracker spread with a smooth white cheddar spread. We add sweet cream and a hint of blue cheese then roll it in raw crushed Pistachios.  The combo is a flavor explosion with the pistachios, enjoy with any cracker. Many customers get a large amount and freeze it. Normally you shouldn’t freeze your cheeses as upon thawing the texture and flavor of the cheese will change. Although this is a spread and the quality isn’t altered from the freezing.
