These rubber reproduction rifle grenades have been a popular staple in WWII reenacting for well over 15 years.  These reproductions are an absolute blast to shoot with an M7 launcher off the M1 Garand or with an M1/M2 launcher off an 03 Springfield. M9 variant- This was the first anti tank grenade developed by the US military in 1940 and saw service in the early stages of WWII.  These were painted in the early war style "high explosive" yellow.  Unfortunately the HE yellow that we use on our MKII pineapples really doesn't like to stick to rubber so we had to find an alternative paint.  We settled on a color that is a bit more "tan" than yellow but our customers thus far have been satisfied with the paint color.  These variants have the nomenclature roll stamped in black ink on the face of the projectile. M9A1 variant- These are by far the most common variant of rifle grenade used by the US military during the war.  Some WWII veterans have even commented that they didn't even know there
