High Density Mail Sorters should be planned in the BSC. They should be planned in the BSSC when there is no BSC in the building. All models must be braced to the floor or wall. Uline Blue Mail Bin is used for outgoing mail in the lower locking cabinet. All units throughout campus are keyed the same. Labels and index tabs are given to the BSC that services the building.
