With an adjustable elasticated waist (with two side tab adjusters at the hips), these feature exposed fly buttons, and two very roomy patch pockets. These are cut with a fantastic high rise, and an elasticated waistband that sits slightly above your natural waist (which is quite a bit above the hips).
