Calico Western Shirt S/S - Black Oxford / Turquoise

The Calico is a Freenote riff on the single sawtooth western shirt. Cut with sloping, asymmetrical pocket flaps and a slightly curved yoke to match, the Calico has all the traditional Western details, but with a slightly more contemporary overall feel, making it very wearable in wardrobes that lean both more and less Western.  For summer, Freenote have modified the Calico, cutting it with a shorter body and short sleeves, perfect for wearing untucked and on a hot day. The whole thing closes up with genuine turquoise barrel snaps, and features the same Western details as the long-sleeve Calico shirt - a western placket, two chest pockets, and Freenote's usual 1/8" double needle stitching. The fabric is a 9oz, 100% cotton black oxford cloth from Japan. It's been rinsed for softness and has an easy, broken-in feel from the moment you put it on. Fits true to size.
