Ortega Pant - 11oz Denim
Freenote's Ortega Pant is their take on the classic carpenter's pant, cut with a comfortable high rise and a relaxed straight leg. Not too wide, they're a perfect medium that looks good with boots or sneakers, and feature comfortably roomy thighs and a relaxed top block that fits just about everyone. They're made from an 11oz Japanese selvedge denim, with a stiff hand that will soften dramatically over time from wear and washing, changing from a more rigid fabric to something much more relaxed and blanket-like. As with any good indigo denim, these will fade over time, developing a unique patina in accordance with how they are worn and how often they're washed. They're packed with all the usual Freenote fare (flat-felled legs, Japanese fabric pocket bags, custom metal hardware, and 1/8" double-needle sewing details), but also feature a more stripped down and minimalist take on Freenote's other Ortega pants, lacking the tool loops and extra pockets on the outside for a simpler silhouette
