Manufactured in Japan with the highest attention to detail and quality, with personality and a deliberate story behind each piece. The Pilar cap is truly one of a kind - a superb blend of military styling and fishing utility, its surprisingly versatile and wonderfully unique. Featuring an extra long brim with a shiny patent leather surface and kelly green lining, your face is staying completely protected from any undesired sunlight. The "body" of the hat is a comfortable cotton HBT, with vent holes in the crown for additional breathability. Custom labels and an embroidered Hino Maru patch can be found inside, the marks of a genuine Papa Nui Hat. Available in Medium (57-58cm) & Large (59-60cm). Wash cold, towel dry for no shrinkage. Wash hot, dry hot for shrinkage. Maximum stretch/shrinkage is approximately 1-1.5c
