Tiger Camouflage Shirt - Late War Green
The Real McCoy's late war Tiger Camo is as good as it gets. Hand printed one layer at a time on a custom period-accurate poly/cotton blend fabric, it's extremely faithful to the original garments and will wear in beautifully over time. Tiger camouflage was developed during the 1950s by the US Military for use in jungle combat, being adopted at various points of the Vietnam war across all branches of the US armed forces. Following the conclusion of the Vietnam war, the pattern was retired and the military moved on to newer camouflages - while Tiger camo continues to enjoy a long and storied sartorial history within civilian markets. The Tiger Camo shirt is a simple fatigue top, cut with an accommodatingly boxy fit and complete with tonal urea buttons and two flap chest pockets. It's just relaxed enough to function as either outerwear or a base layer, and having been originally designed for jungle environments, wears well during hotter weather. Fits true to size. Wash cold and hang dry.
