400 NZ Clip (1/4" Staple Installed)

The Star Hanger 400 NZ Clip is a wall panel clip designed to replace traditional aluminum clips. These clips are made of high strength reinforced nylon, which is molded under 90 tons of high pressure, resulting in a clip stronger than most Aluminum Z Clips. The flexible nature of the nylon can reduce installation times up to 60% by incorporating staples into location placement and using the 410 NZ Alignment Clip to reduce measuring time. The 400 NZ Clip is a standard wall panel clip size at 2” Long, 1 ¾” Height, ¼” Thick. When fully seated as a pair the height is 3”. The screw layout is a perfect 1-1/2” square and the lift off is 3/8”. There are 3 preformed staple slots fitted for a ¼” Staple. The staple option allows for quick placement. This clip can be used with all other Star Hanger Systems 400 Series products to expand the application possibilities.
