The CLASSIC formula has reduced baking soda (enough to be effective, not so much that it is irritating or disrupts the body's pH).  Dietary magnesium wards off the stinky stress-sweats, kaolin clay for absorption, arrowroot to stay dry and a super savvy blend of essential oils that work well with a body's chemistry. Plus, shea, olive oil, calendula oil, local beeswax and other quality ingredients that just make for some good skincare.  If you are new to natural deodorant, you may have a transition period, but most bodies will adjust within a week. You may also need to apply 2x a day or so. The nuanced and layered scents are very, very well thought out.
