It is made with white miso paste, fresh ginger purée, lemon juice, and roasted sesame oil, for a flavorful sauce, drizzle or dressing. This vegetarian sauce contains no meat, seafood or dairy ingredients. It is a great compliment to any vegetarian meal. To make an Asian inspired salad, take any salad greens mix and add a combination of: sliced green onions, blanched snow peas or sugar snap peas, sliced cucumbers  julienned carrots, water chestnuts, jicama, baby corn, toasted almond slices or peanuts.
