Place dry cover over collapsed sure shaper 2. Expand sure shaper and tighten wing nut when cover is firmly expanded 3. Apply generous coating of clothing starch over entire surface of cover 4. Slightly expand sure shaper more to remove any wrinkles 5. Set aside to thoroughly dry 6.
