Our multigrain hearth bread, half whole wheat and half white flour combined with rye flour, seeded throughout with brown flax, poppy seeds, millet, rolled oats, and cracked wheat & rye. Ingredients: Water, Unbleached Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Seed Mix, Rye Flour, Organic Rolled Oats, Wheat Germ, Poppy Seeds, Sea Salt, Cultured Wheat, Vinegar.
