This beer is the brilliant creation of our production lead, Santos, who developed the concept and the final blend. Built from beers aged on second-use apricots and olallieberries, then layered with the nutty, marzipan-like character of noyaux, it’s truly a unique beer. An infusion of lemon and lime provides a bright, citric lift, while conditioning on pomegranate molasses adds a final touch of depth.
