This is on of those rave outfits that you know you will stand out in the crowd with. Rhinestone high waisted bottoms to match that are on swimsuit material. I haven't tested them in water. The bottoms come in Small to Large and it is swimsuit material, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in it.
