TOWING CONVERSION KIT SHT25054 Upgrade your rack package to also have towing capability.  Simply add a wiring harness, “zero play” ball mount and safety chain anchors to your existing hitch.  You will then be able to use your detachable rack receiver for bike racks and cargo carriers or the detachable ball mount for towing. No reconstruction of the existing hitch is needed.  The latch block requires remounting as we use longer bolts to capture the safety chain anchors.
