Welcome Cross Heart  Interchangeable Metal Disc for a one post or two post sign. Each Disc is designed to fit in our one post signs and our two post signs. Each disc is powder coated with the color of your choice. To order this disc in addition to a Yard Sign. Please add the yard sign to your cart, Then add your choice of Two Interchangeable Discs to the cart as well.  In the Special instructions section of checkout, please list any additional information we will need for your Sign. (address number, last name, established date for example) The metal discs are 23.5 inches wide and 19.75 inches tall. Want a custom disc?
