A person who believes in humans, in their ability to bring about change, shape reality and walk in new ways. A person who does not let go, even when the faith and the dream are buried under the dust of the routine and the everyday, even when the dripping sweat makes the eyes salty and it is difficult to see the way. As the principal of "Branco Weiss" High School in Ramla for the past five years, I have written a long series of letters to teachers. Letters and words of education, which sought to give depth to experience, a horizon to action, meaning to work.
