Smoked Spice Sea Salt

SMOKED SPICE!  Summer in a jar. This blend is spicy without being spicy, making it the perfect seasoning for a variety of dishes, and anything on the BBQ.  Because we use sweet smoked paprika (NOT sugar) our Smoked Spice Sea Salt does not burn when placed in direct heat. So you can grill your steak, pork or chicken without worrying about burning or too much char. Instead you'll get a nice crispy, caramelized crust. We used just the right amount of cumin to keep the flavor balanced, so it doesn’t steal the show. Smoked Spice is excellent on roasted veggies, especially potatoes! Use it in place of our Lemon Garlic Sea Salt in our OMG Potato recipe and you'll have an amazingly simple Patatas Bravas. Add it to chili, tacos, fajitas, or use it to flavor roasted nuts.
