Whole Beef - Paid to Stemple Creek Ranch We offer whole beef that is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef, harvested all year round. It usually takes 5-6 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the butcher shop. The price for a whole beef is $7.49 per pound on the hanging weight. Hanging weights typically range from 600-800 pounds, resulting in a price range of $4,494 - $5,992 (does not include the cut and wrap fees). Please note: this is an average weight range and the final hanging weight may fall outside of this estimate. To purchase a whole beef, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.
