Custom El Dorado

Once you place your order a member of the studio team will reach out help you select your background color and your gypsy color. Each piece is custom created for you. Delivery time for a custom El Dorado piece is 4 weeks. The El Dorado piece was inspired by steer skulls that I’ve seen on my travels across the southwest. I have always loved the embellishment of them and decided to create one for the Studio.  The canvas was created by using up-cycled, embroidered shopping bags to create the background. The skull itself is created by layering, appliquéing an embroidering Hermes scarves. The scarves are all outlined in metallic gold thread. The horns are created as separate elements and then wrapped in ribbon, cording and authentic turquoise beading. The feathers are fully embroidered as well and are adorned with beads and stones. El Dorado is available in multiple color combinations.
