Heart Toggle Link Necklace

A classic monogram staple, the heart toggle necklace has an open link chain with a monogram heart disc hanging in the center. This piece is a must have for every monogram fanatic. The chain has a fantastic, heavy weight which makes it a true keepsake. You can have both sides of the heart disc engraved: one side with your monogram, one side with a special date or name. Match the necklace with the bracelet, also available in our shop. The heart disc is almost 3/4" wide.The sample shown has Script Monogram font.We offer monogramming in a variety of fonts. Please see the chart to see your monogram. All items will be engraved exactly as typed on the order. Please give us the initials in the exact order you want the monogram!
