PRIME RIB

The Prime Rib Roast comes around only once a year!  It is one of the most desired cuts of beef.  This is a bone in roast. Our grass fed, dry aged prime rib offers amazing tenderness and flavor.  The prime rib roast is perfect for the special holiday dinner with family and friends.    *If you are building your own meat box please select 5-20 lbs of meat.  The boxes will generally fit up to 20 lbs of meat with enough dry ice to keep it frozen.  Any less than 5 lbs is hard to ship at this time.  In order to get you the best shipping rates keep the order within 10-20 lb range!  If you have any questions you can leave them in the comments sections and we will get in touch with you.
