Stick Leg Half Beef

When you order half a beef from Stick Leg Ranch you get roughly 200 pounds of ranch-raised, grass-fed beef in your freezer.  This is a good amount of meat for a medium-sized family to enjoy ground beef, steaks, roasts, and more for many family dinners. We ask that you either pay in full, $2,100 or  pay a DEPOSIT of $1,000 to reserve your half beef now and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). The price is based on receiving 200 lbs of meat at $10.50 per pound of meat cut and wrapped. If you want organs or bones that will be extra, just let us know! We usually have heart, liver, tongue and marrow and knuckle bones in stock. In order to plan accordingly you will need roughly 1 cubic foot of freezer space for 35 pounds of beef.    A half beef includes roughly 100 of ground beef and 100 pounds of roasts and steak. *If you are not local and want this shipped to you, please note it take roughly 6 large boxes and we will charge full shipping cost for box shipped.      HA
