SPECTACULAR 5 3/4 lb. Arizona RAINBOW Petrified Wood Conifer Log - Stunning Display Specimen!

This is a rare, smaller diameter, brilliantly colored rainbow log from one of the most prized petrified wood deposits on the planet! Full round cross sections this size aren't often dug from this bed. Look closely and you'll see most of the coveted color ever found in even the largest pieces from this fascinating petrified forest. The color captured in the agate in this piece is truly breathtaking. It's just part of the story revealed to us from 200 million years in the past! This absolutely beautiful piece of gem fossil wood is the end cut from one of the most colorful Arizona rainbow petrified wood logs I've personally handled! It's a medium sized stand-up display specimen cut from partial cross section of a fairly complete log.
