This gorgeous set of bookends is one of the cleanest and gemmiest sets we cut from one of the most perfectly fossilized and most uniquely colored Washington State petrified wood logs we've come across in quite some time. This fossil wood turned stone comes from the Saddle Mountain area in Central Washington. It's a beautiful specimen with great growth structure and wood grain in pleasing naturally warm, contemporary colors. This is a really well preserved ancient redwood (sequoia).
