FENDER 2001 STEVE HARRIS PRECISION P-BASS Rare 1st Gen Red Pickguard Clean Japan MIJ 44487
DescriptionThis is a rare 2001 Fender Steve Harris Precision Bass in Lake Placid Blue finish with Wine Red pickguard (see all pics below). This is the very first generation Harris P-bass made in Japan in 2001-02. (The 2nd gen had a mirror pickguard and sparkle finish made 2009-14.) Has a BadAss II bridge and a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound SPB-3 pickup. It sports the Iron Maiden Eddie logo and Steve's signature on the front of headstock. Neck on this is not baseball bat thick like on the 2nd gen, and its basswood body means weight is reasonable (8 pounds, 14 ounces), unlike the alder body on 2nd gen. Produced for only 7 months in limited numbers, this model is sure to soar in value as the years go by. Condition is 9.5/10--very clean. No dings or scratches. Frets are A+ condition. Will be hard to find another in this kind of condition--this is a collector bass. No case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for loo
