SQM BONELESS PORK BUTT- The most popular cut of pork we offer from our pasture-raised pigs- our pork butts get all their flavor and excellent marbling from our heritage breed pigs who feed off local veggies and fruit all Summer and Fall.  Also known as "Boston Butt" this is a large boneless pork cut from the shoulder known for it's marbling making for moist, juicy meat.   Our pork butts are meant to feed a crowd and are a go-to for dishes like pulled pork or cooked on the smoker.  Each pork butt is hand cut, "rolled and tied" and packaged individually in cryovac packaging.  Larger cuts available by contacting the farm direct.
