SIGNATURE SMALL BATCH BACON ~ KIMCHIOne of our most popular and tasty small batch bacons- this bacon is great for breakfast, BLT's or as we do on the farm- midday snacking!  Crafted from pork belly from our pasture-raised pigs, each batch is cured with local Kimchi for 10 days and then slow smoked over applewood chips.  The result is amazing, salty, slightly spicy, tangy bacon!   We offer several specialty small-batch bacon flavors available seasonally during the year.  If you're curious and just looking to sample this flavor- we offer sampler DOUBLE PACKS:  half classic Applewood and half KimchiCryovac packed packages~ Each package contains 10-16 THICK CUT bacon slices.  Our bacon is all hand-cut and slice size and length varies due to natural variations in our pork.
