Sirloin Filet Steak

SQM SIRLOIN FIELT STEAK-  Similar to Filet Mignon in tenderness and size- these are a great single serving steak.  Extra lean and very tender.  Hand-butchered 1.25-2" thick steak.  Cryovac packed, 1 steak per package.  Season them with your favorite ingredients or grab one of our SQM Steak Rubs! Weights and Sizes are as follows:  • Small up to .75 lbs  • Medium .75-1 lbs  **Special requests can be made with the farm direct for extra thick steaks.
