SQM TOP ROUND ROAST- A classic pot roast cut. A large boneless beef roast cut from the back "top round" muscle of the cow, this is a lean and flavorful roast. The Top Round is a hard working muscle in the cow and for this reason cuts from this muscle tend to be tougher and should use slower cooking methods to produce tender meat. Cryovac packed, 1 roast per package. Weights and Sizes are as follows: • Small up to 2.5 lbs • Medium 2.5-3.5 lbs • Large 3.5-4.5 lbs **Special requests can be made with the farm direct for larger roasts.
