Nishigushi Kutsushita  (Knitwin Co.)  started in 1950, shortly after the war, with one hand-knitting machine.  They now have 130 machines in operation and work with a team of craftsmen that ranges from 50 years of  experience to younger employees who they hope will lead the company into its future.
