Stick & Stitch Motifs: Potting Time

Add embroidery to your own fabric projects--from tea towels to tote bags, home decor and clothing.  NOTE: This is a pattern printed to sticky-backed washaway fabric. You'll supply fabric base, hoop, needle and floss. Stitching suggestions are included but you will not get detailed stitch charts, color keys, or finished photos. For that kind of project, choose an all-in-one kit or fabric pattern. These are patterns for stitchers who are ready to choose stitches and colors on their own.  This pack includes 10 potting-shed-themed motifs measuring 3" to 4" high and 1" to 3" wide. The patterns are printed on one 8.5" x 11" sticky-backed wash-away fabric.  HOW IT WORKS: Cut out the design you'd like to use leaving a narrow border. Peel the the backing and adhere to fabric. Embroider over the pattern and your original item. When you're done, soak briefly in warm water to wash away the water-soluble fabric and you're left with an embroidered design on your clothing or linens. INCLUDED: > 8.
