HORCHATA / SPICED RUM / HAZELNUT In a word? Delicious. Rumchata uses one of our proprietary ingredients - an extract taken from the headspace of an aged rum.  Using a machine called a Jungle Extractor (yes, that's really the name), we are able to extract the olfactive output of almost any material without having to use any distillation process.  With this information, we can then recreate that smell using our raw materials palette.  Here, in addition to a warm, boozy rum, we have sophisticated notes of coffee, cinnamon and hazelnut that are perfect for curling up and getting cozy as the weather turns cooler (or really any time).
