Our darkest roast of all. Not bitter, skunky, or burned. A blend of Indonesian and Central American Arabica coffees. One of the best dark roasts you’ll ever have. This blend is in honor of Sybil Ludington, who was a heroine of the American Revolution. On April 26, 1777, at age 16, she made an all-night 40 mile horseback ride to alert militia forces in Putnam County, New York, and Danbury, Connecticut, of the approach of British forces.
