Botanical Name - Ananas comosus Origin - Thailand Bromelain is an naturally occurring enzyme found in pineapple juice. Bromelain-digestive enzyme found in the stem and fruit of pineapples. 3200 mg. per teaspoon. 100 gdu (gelatin disgesting units) per gram - conversion is as follows: 4 grams per teaspoon and 12 grams per tablespoons. There are 400 gdu/teaspoon and 1200 gdu/tablespoon. Suggested Use: 1 tablespoon of powder 1-2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
