Evening Primrose (EPO) 500 mg Gel Caps

500 mg per gel cap Evening primrose oil is the oil derived from the seeds of the evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) plant. Evening Primrose Oil is a wonderful source of essential polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acids, which our bodies need, but can't make. The recommended dose of evening primrose oil is 8-12 capsules a day, at a dose of 500 milligrams per capsule.
