Jalopy is a medium roast coffee. Jalopy is very interesting, we look for special coffees from small farms and buy small amounts. When we run out of the current coffee we change it to another special coffee we find. Jalopy is normally a micro lot ,but from time to time our roast master makes a blend. So you never know what you might get ,but its always good!
