The Emperor Signet Ring, Sand Cast

A mixture of lost wax and sand casting, the ring band was carved from wax, then that wax band is pressed into sand to create a cavity mould. I then heat and pour molten silver into the cavity which forms the final piece! Solid sterling silver, with amazing texture throughout.  Due to the casting process, each ring is slightly unique in shape and texture.  Size-  Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in my home studio. As a result, you may notice subtle marks or variations that reflect the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each item, and these small nuances only add to their charm and character.
